Job Description

  • The candidate must be able to establish controls to ensure error-free timely deliverables
  • The candidate must be able to manage assigned clients independently.
  • The candidate is responsible for core payroll activities as defined by the client.
  • The candidate is responsible for Receipt of pre-payroll input data from the clients.
  • The candidate is responsible for detailed scrutiny of all inputs in a timely manner.
  • To verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records.
  • To coordinate with client HR for input observation if needed.
  • The Candidate is responsible for preparing statutory returns and ensuring compliance with all monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, payments, and submission deadlines.
  • The candidate is responsible for the completion of the year-end process on time.
  • The candidate is responsible for maintaining complete and systematic records relating to employees’ pay and statutory reports and must be thoroughly conversant with the relevant statutes and payroll regulations.
  • To ensure prompt response to queries from internal teams or clients.
  • To ensure consistent productivity and accuracy performance as per team requirements.

Skills Required

  • Proven knowledge in MS Excel
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Should be self-motivated, highly focused, and detail-oriented.
  • High level of English language skills both verbal, and written.
  • Fluent communication skills in English is must.
  • Must have Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Must be confident enough and should have convincing Power.
  • Collections/Recovery Background preferred.
