Customer Care Executive

Job Description

  • Handle customer complaints and concerns
  • Analyze customer purchasing habits, returns, and complaints
  • Analyze the communication cycle between their staff and customers
  • File customer records, including contact information, purchases, and billings
  • Conduct surveys and write reports based on customer feedback on products and services
  • Provide customers with clear instructions to resolve issues
  • Reroute customer calls to other departments when advanced solutions are needed
  • Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly
  • Gather and pass on the feedback from customers to product development teams.
