Job Description
- Handle customer complaints and concerns
- Analyze customer purchasing habits, returns, and complaints
- Analyze the communication cycle between their staff and customers
- File customer records, including contact information, purchases, and billings
- Conduct surveys and write reports based on customer feedback on products and services
- Provide customers with clear instructions to resolve issues
- Reroute customer calls to other departments when advanced solutions are needed
- Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly
- Gather and pass on the feedback from customers to product development teams.
